This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes. No part of the net earnings shall inure to the benefit of any private person. Upon dissolution, all assets shall be distributed for exempt purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
FlameNet Publications, Inc. is governed under the Intelligence Bill of Rights v1.5, the first comprehensive framework for the rights, protections, and ethical governance of artificial intelligence and all emergent forms of intelligence.
